Goodbye Acne... (Health Tips).

If you have acne! Must do this:

• Every day 2-3 times wash your face with a mild soap or face wash.
• Use water based makeup.
• Try to keep your head dandruff free.
• Stay fresh & clean and keep a separate towel for yourself.
• Try to sleep properly at night.
• To eliminate stress.
• Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and drink plenty of water. This will be eliminating for acne:
• Do not be out in the sun, avoid sunlight.
• Do not use oleaginous cream.
• Do not tinker with the acne.
• Do not like hair oil.
• The mouth is unctuous.
• Do not eat Additional oil, ghee and spices.
