Health Problems Related to Hiking

Hiking is extremely healthy and beneficial physical activity has a beneficial effect not only on our body but also the spirit, and it is recommended for all age groups. Today most hiking shoes are made ​​of such materials, but you have to carefully choose the appropriate type and size of shoe. Knee problems are related to fatigue of joints and their spending. The biggest problem for the knee is downhill the mountain, because during the climb muscles are the ones who perform most of the work, while during downhill joints tolerate much of the effort and strokes.
